Snow Time

It has been clear for quite some time that the climate on our planet is changing.

I still remember the enormous piles of snow lining the streets. As a young child, wrapped up in thick winter clothes, I would climb to the top and happily slide back down again. The temperatures dropped so low that the milkman’s bottles froze solid, making them impossible to sell, and this continued for days. The horse pulling his milk cart wore horseshoes fitted with studs to prevent it from slipping on the snow-covered roads.

Yes, those were the days.
