Prambanan

Prambanan is considered a masterpiece of Hindu architecture in Southeast Asia. Its soaring temple towers, intricate stone carvings, and rich mythological reliefs make it one of Indonesia’s most remarkable historical landmarks.

The complex originally consisted of 240 temples.
The three main temples are dedicated to:
Shiva (the tallest temple, standing approximately 47 meters or 154 feet high)
Vishnu
Brahma

The temple walls are adorned with beautiful stone reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu epics, most notably the Ramayana.
