Burqa
A burqa is a full-body covering worn by some Muslim women.
In the Caucasus, a burka is a traditional men’s coat made of felt or karakul fur.
The burqa is the Afghan version of the chador.
However, in a burqa the eyes are not visible, unlike the chador in which the face is visible.
The woman looks through a kind of mesh, which allows her to see while remaining covered.
