Miss Rosa in Phnom Penh

Years ago, she first posed for me as an amateur model. Later, our paths crossed again, and she worked as my WajahAsia assistant in the capital city of Phnom Penh. There, she guided me through the vibrant city, along the impressive Tonlé Sap River, past beautiful colonial and modern buildings, and through lively markets filled with large open-air restaurants and an energetic atmosphere.

To my surprise, she truly enjoyed modeling. With her natural charm, she developed into a radiant presence in front of the camera. The photographs in this collection capture moments in the Cambodian capital where Miss Rosa effortlessly takes center stage.
