“recepe” capcay and fry mashed tofu
Ingredients for Capcay 200g of chopped chicory 5 meat ball slice to taste 1 bunch of chopped green cabbage 150g couliflower cut into pieces 1 carrot cut lengtwise 1 teaspoon oyster sauce 1/2teaspoon salt 1/4teaspoon pepper 1/2teaspoon constrach dilute with a litle water |
How to make: - saute garlic until fragrant put meat ball beef until colour changes - add fish sauce,oyester, salt and paper stir brief and litle water - pour carrot,mustard green, cabbage and cauliflower stir until smooth. remove and serve while warm.... |

How to make - the first pre prossed tofu tap until all water out/dry - puree know this then mixed all ingredients until blended from the dough into sphere flattened know this. lates edible oil use and to much heat tolerable,fry until golden brown |
