Gado Gado with rice.
Vegetables: 1 cucumber, cabbage (cut), taugé.
Gado gado sauce: 2.5 tablespoons of peanut butter, about 1 tablespoon sugar, dash of vinegar,
flavored with Sambal Oelek, splash of water
Meat Marinade:
Sweet soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, stirring well.
Preparation
1) Meat 1 hour dipping marinade and regular turning
2) Cut cucumber and cabbage add with taugé to Gado Gado sauce + mix all.
3) Pick meat out of marinade and fry in oil.
4) Cook rice
5) Remove bones from meat

125g marinated chunks of meat
