2 cl. wok oil, 300g chicken breast, 1 bunch forest onions cut into rings, 25 grams pods , mihoen or rise, hoison sauce.
Preparation
Chicken stir-fry in oil until chicken is browned.
Add onions and snow peas forest (handcarved keep onions separately)
stir-fry for about 6 minutes
Add hoison sauce. Meanwhile, cook Mihoen or rice
Mix mihoen or rice with vegetables and chicken and wok 1 to 2 minutes.
Present on a plate. Sprinkle some sliced onions forest.
